UW Qualtrics is an online data collection tool licensed by the UW for use in academic-related research and administrative projects. UW Qualtrics provides access to the full suite of Qualtrics Core XM features to enhance the student experience, improve teaching methodologies, and inform decision-making processes within the School of Nursing.

  • The use of Qualtrics for personal activities is prohibited.
  • Consider legal, regulatory, and university policy requirements when collecting survey data. If unsure whether or not your survey questions contain or request sensitive data, contact the UW Privacy Office for guidance.

How To Enroll

  1. To gain access to UW Qualtrics, please complete the request form, and SoN IT will follow up with further instructions.
  2. Once you have your account, you can access Qualtrics through the UW Qualtrics portal (UW NetID Required).
