UW Qualtrics is an online data collection tool licensed by the UW for use in academic-related research and administrative projects. UW Qualtrics provides access to the full suite of Qualtrics Core XM features to enhance the student experience, improve teaching methodologies, and inform decision-making processes within the School of Nursing.

How To Enroll
- To gain access to UW Qualtrics, please complete the request form, and SoN IT will follow up with further instructions.
- Once you have your account, you can access Qualtrics through the UW Qualtrics portal (UW NetID Required).
