A: Please submit a request for Adobe Acrobat Pro through the service desk by completing the software request form.
Q: When should I choose Adobe Creative Cloud vs. a single Adobe application like Acrobat Pro?
A: If you already have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, you do not need to purchase additional Adobe applications, as all apps are included in the suite. If you only need one specific Adobe application, such as Acrobat Pro, you can request it separately.

A: Yes, other programs such as DocuSign and Adobe Reader have similar functionality to Adobe Pro. Adobe Reader is free to all faculty, staff, and students.

A: You should have administrative rights, if not please contact the SoN IT Service Desk for help.
