- Submit a Request: To request a device, customers can submit an IT Request detailing the loan’s purpose, the specific device required, and the loan duration.
- Confirmation & Notice via a Cheqroom Automated Reminder: After submitting a request, customers should expect an automated checkout reminder from Cheqroom via email, it will not come from sonhelp@uw.edu.
- Pick Up & Return: Customers will receive an automated email from Cheqroom detailing the items to be returned and the return date. Device pickup and return are facilitated through the Tech Lockers.
