The IT Service Desk provides a contactless pick-up and drop-off system powered by IVM SmartLocker, offering 24/7 access for School of Nursing staff, faculty, and students. This system guarantees convenient and secure equipment deployment at any time, ensuring that essential technology resources are always available when needed.

IVM SmartLocker Site

Q: How do I make an equipment return? 

A: You can make an equipment return by filling out the Locker Access Form and selecting the “Return” option on the form.

Q: When are the best times to pick up equipment?

  • If you are picking up a device for the first time, the best times would be from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Between those hours, the IT Service Desk has a phone line set up to help with technical issues and to assist with accessing the lockers. IF you are in the building and have questions during these hours, please call us at (206)-616-7435.
  • If you are not picking up for the first time, the lockers can be accessed 24/7.
