Q: Can I store all of my files within the data archival service?
A: No, this is a bulk archive storage platform for UW files, not an easily accessible file storage. For easy file retrieval we recommend SharePoint.
Q: How long will SoN IT archive my files for?
A: Please view the University General Records Retention Schedule | Records Management Services
