Overview
The Lead Generation Implementation Project began in March 2024 and successfully went live in August 2024. The project aimed to streamline the inquiry process for prospective students and site visitors, automate and enhance data accuracy by consistently capturing and logging inquiries in Salesforce, and empower personalized marketing with timely follow-ups and informed communications. A WordPress Contact Us form, seamlessly integrated with Salesforce, was introduced to enable real-time lead creation and tracking. The IT team, with key support from the School of Nursing IT Director and collaboration with the Office of Student Academic Affairs and Marcomm, ensured accurate lead capture, smooth data transfer, and a streamlined process. This resulted in faster inquiry handling, centralized lead data for better visibility and reporting, and enhanced engagement through timely, targeted communications.
The Lead Generation Implementation Project was initiated with the goals of:

The IT team played a crucial role in bringing this project to fruition, with stakeholder input from the Office of Student Academic Affairs and Marcomm. The School of Nursing IT Director, Brad Coston provided key support, while Nevine Isaak and Sahitya Panchagnula engineered the seamless integration of the Contact Us form with Salesforce. Collaborating closely with the stakeholders, the project ensured accurate lead capture, smooth data transfer, and a streamlined process, creating an efficient system from start to finish.

Data Accuracy & Consistency
To ensure reliable tracking and follow-up, it’s crucial that lead data captured through our Contact Us form and integrated into Salesforce remains accurate and consistent. We addressed this by working closely with the Office of Student Academic Affairs Office and Marcomm. Their expertise helped us choose the right data fields and maintain consistency and accuracy across both the form and Salesforce.
